Great book, so so service
Posted by robert bigelow on Jan 17th 2017
Most of the stockmaking and gunsmithing books have line drawings or very bad photos. The photography in this book is great - show
me a good picture and I can duplicate it. Tell me how in words and I am lost.
Now the bad part. I ordered this book online on January 4th. It arrived today the 17th which means it took thirteen days to work its way through your shipping department as well as the U.S. Mail! Thirteen days to go from Arizona to Wyoming seems a bit extreme - in spite of the Martin Luther King Holiday on Monday. Finally, I was very disappointed that there was no way to track the shipment during that entire time.
Thank you
Mr. Bigelow,
It sounds like the shipping time was standard for when Media Mail is selected and with the holiday observed on Monday, January 16, as well. If you provide an email address while placing your order, you are emailed a tracking number. Please give us a call if you have any questions and we are always happy to help. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm MST.
Sincerely,
